SUMMARY:Breast Cancer Thrivers: Embracing the New Normal 
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the continuation of our Breast Cancer Thrivers: Embracing the New Normal workshop series\, designed to foster a supportive community for faculty\, staff\, and caregivers affected by cancer. Through these sessions\, we explore themes of self-care\, resilience\, and building connections as we navigate life’s challenges together.\n\nOur next session will take place on Tuesday\, October 8\, 2024\, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Rutgers-Newark\, CLJ #202 (Center for Law and Justice: 123 Washington St.\, Newark\, NJ). This workshop will focus on “What Does Self-Care Look Like For You?”\, providing an opportunity to reflect on personal and caregiver perspectives on self-care\, explore coping strategies\, and engage in meaningful discussions.\n\nWe hope you will join us and share your experiences in this supportive space.
