Future of Work Task Listening Sessions

As the Future of Work Task Force works to develop its recommendations, members of the university community are invited to participate in a series of virtual listening tours. The purpose of these sessions is to listen to and learn from our faculty, staff, and students. Your diverse experiences, views, and recommendations regarding the future of work at Rutgers University will help the task force better understand the evolving needs of Rutgers staff and other communities. The task force will use what they learn to make recommendations that support its goals of becoming a more resilient, competitive, and inclusive organization.

There will be three, 1½ hour online listening sessions:

  • Thursday, February 17, 4:30 to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, February 25, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 1, 10 to 11:30 a.m.

To register, please visit https://futureofwork.rutgers.edu. Registration is required and participation is voluntary. Attendees must sign up during registration to speak.  Speakers will be limited to two (2) minutes. Anyone who does not wish to speak during the session will have the opportunity to submit comments during the registration process for the task force members to review.
