Rutgers University–Newark’s School of Public Affairs and Administration offers coursework for a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry (Ai) at a discounted rate to university employees.
Coursework consists of:
- Participation in initial workshops in which students learn how to apply Ai in the public and nonprofit sectors
- Designing, conducting, and preparing a paper about an Ai project of choice
- Participating in concluding workshops featuring advanced Ai concepts and practices and interactively sharing lessons learned from the Ai projects and leadership interviews
The cost of $1,300 per participant includes all materials required for the program. The discounted rate for Rutgers employees is $1,000.
