Hinge Health is a free health benefit for State of New Jersey employees (plus spouses and dependents) that delivers tools for addressing chronic pain from home. Participants are provided a yoga mat, a tablet and wearable sensors, a personal health coach, and self-guided exercise therapy sessions you can undertake at your own pace.
